- A major tour operator assigned us to rebuild its management information system, covering both front and back office functions.

We ensured project management from conception to implementation : business analysis, specifications, front office software selection, accounting package selection, implementation and integration, and change management. We then worked on opening the system to the company's business partners (GDS systems, banks..) and switching from manual to electronic invoicing.
- A GDS (Global Distribution System) company asked us to help them think about the design of a back-office module linked with their existing front-office module, for deployment on an international scale.
After analysing the functional scope of the GDS worldwide, we developed a set of use scenarios and compared them to facilitate our client's decision.
- A large travel retail network asked us to propose an action plan for streamlining the management of its agencies in order to gain productivity.
We carried out a diagnosis of the existing situation, based on a sample of sales points. We pointed out the major weaknesses and recommended a short and medium term action plan, which included a new organisation scheme according to the size of the sales point, new division of labour between agencies and Head Office, improvements of the systems for heavy processes, dematerialization of the suppliers' invoices, writing of administrative procedures…
