- Prior to its I.P.O., a large European food services group asked us to help improve their reporting system in order to harmonise and accelerate group reporting.

We designed a new reporting organisation that suited the existing line organisation. In addition, we selected and implemented a unique reporting software package and wrote reporting procedures for application across all the group's international activities.
- A large transportation corporation asked us to audit its existing sales system.
Based on an in-depth process and organisational analysis, we produced a diagnosis of the existing situation. We then proposed an action plan to optimise the system, which included user training, redefinition of transactions, as well as re-design of some processes. Finally, our client asked us to implement these changes.
- A large corporate services company wanted us to design and implement their Euro changeover action plan.
We built a project organisation at European level in order to produce a changeover plan. We subsequently helped the Project Manager to coordinate the different workshops charged with implementing decisions in the different areas concerned: contracts, pricing, systems, organisation in the sales points, etc. We worked with our client all the way up to the actual changeover, which was effected successfully.
